CompLink has been selected by the Preferred Auto Dealers Self Insured Program (PADSIP) and by the Plastic Manufacturers Self Insurance Program of California (PMSIP) to act as Program Field Consultants providing sales and marketing services for the Group.

Pre-Underwriting Field Consulting:

• CompLink is responsible for the initial review and evaluation of all potential members of PADSIP. As such, CompLink will quality each potential member to validate that each auto dealership has superior levels of safety procedures in place, low loss experience and can verify a sound financial history.
• Each potential member's dealership is surveyed to insure that they conform to the stringent underwriting and safety guidelines as set forth by the PADSIP Board of Trustees in the Group ByLaws.

Underwriting Submission:

• All historical claims and other data collected from the potential member by CompLink will be reviewed and submitted to the Program Administrator, Compensation Risk Managers, LLC (CRM) for the final underwriting process and contribution indication. Upon confirmation from the potential member to move forward, documentation necessary for formal submission and approval by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) will be completed by CompLink and forwarded to CRM.
